We ship from the United Kingdom.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible, so you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time cannot be accepted. If you need to return your order, you can do so for a full refund after it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Please allow extra time during holidays or sale periods. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the next day after processing. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders generally take 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location and customs processing.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

All prices on our site are tax-free in GBP, but you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees when your order arrives in your country.
